Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) refers to activities, which seek to reduce the risk of injury from EO by raising awareness of women, girls, boys and men and promoting behavioral change.
EORE and VA specialists organize courses in the schools and communities of Armenia that are exposed to mine/ERW risks. Every year more than 5000 people are educated about safe behavior rules.
CHDE with its mandate of the national mine action authority, oversees and approves EORE materials developed by organizations in mine action sector, as well as delivers courses for EORE trainers in the Republic of Armenia.
