Within the framework of cooperation with the US Embassy in Armenia, EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) training course of different levels is planned to be conducted for "CHDE" specialists, with the US support. As a result, the trainees will be respectively qualified and will have the right to conduct EOD training in accordance with international standards.
US representatives also had a field visit to assess the location of the practical training.
According to the preliminary agreement, the training course will start in February 2026.
